Magical Night for Kids

Giggles and grins were on tap last night as a larger than expected crowd of children roamed through The Magic House as part of Greater St Louis Dental Society’s “Magical Smile Night”.

This community partnership was a big hit for the kids, as they were more than excited to play the games and take the quizzes as they learned about dental health from a wide range of volunteers including member dentists, local hygiene students and vendors. The pictures capture some of the story.

I enjoyed meeting several new members and seeing familiar faces. Of course I talked up MOMOM too. In addition to a toothbrush exchange and free screenings, the participants took home some goodies and the knowledge that taking care of their teeth is very important. Kudos to Susan and Meg at GSLDS for great leadership. Big kudos to all the member volunteers who participated on a Friday night. My wife was really impressed by that! And thanks to the @theMagicHouse for hosting this community outreach.

  1. Thanks, Paul. We appreciate you traveling to STL to support our event. We are thrilled by the high level of member participation at this event each year. (We has 15 member dentists in attendance this year!) As always, our members are awesome and happily give back to their community!!
